Occupied, vacant and reserved rentable spaces count toward capacity. Archived spaces and non-rentable staging areas do not. Automated payments, notifications, multi-property controls, and integrations require release verification. Join Waitlist opens a request form for Cardinal Operations; enrollment is confirmed by the team. No purchase or automatic upgrade is enabled.

What your subscription is based on
