GETTING IN

Access and sign-in

Where do I sign in to a product?

Go to Product Access and choose your application. Auto dispatch and invited Auto drivers have separate entry links. Use the account your organization invited.

My sign-in works, but I cannot see my team’s work. What now?

Check that you entered the intended product and organization. Your team administrator manages application roles and access. If they confirm your access and the issue continues, contact Operations with your organization, product, and the screen where you got stuck. Do not send your password.

Do I need to book a demo to learn software I already purchased?

No. Start with the product guides and the member links in Product Access. A demo is for exploring a product before purchase, not a requirement for customer help.

HOW IT FITS

The ecosystem

Is this website the place where I do my daily work?

This site explains the Cardinal products, provides guides, and points you to the member entries. Your daily work happens inside the separate product applications.

Will one login or subscription automatically unlock every product?

Access depends on the products your organization has purchased and the permissions assigned to you. Each application currently has its own member entry. Ask your organization administrator which products you should be able to use.

Does data automatically sync between Core TMS, Auto TMS, Claims, and Records?

Do not assume that a change in one application appears in another. Verify the record in the application where you need it and follow your team’s handoff process. The ecosystem overview describes the product direction; specific connections depend on the products and integrations enabled for your organization.

Are Cardinal IQ, Signal, and Training available in my account?

IQ and Signal are shown as a preview of the ecosystem direction, and Training is on the roadmap. They are not promised as active features in your current workspace. Ask your account contact about availability for your organization.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Billing and notices

I have an invoice due. Where should I pay?

Use the secure payment link in the invoice or notice issued for your existing subscription. If the link is missing or looks wrong, use the billing help page to reach Operations. Do not open a new subscription to pay an existing invoice.

Can I pay early or update a payment method here?

If your issued invoice includes a working secure payment link, use that link to pay according to its terms. For a payment method change or an account-specific portal link, request billing help. This public site does not display your account or create an account-specific payment session.

Where do I set invoice and subscription notice recipients?

Keep billing contact preferences with the account team or billing settings available in your product, if your organization has them. For a change to an active subscription’s recipient, contact Operations so it can be confirmed against the right customer account.

WHEN YOU NEED A PERSON

Support and privacy

What should I include when I ask for help?

Tell us the product, your organization, the task you were trying to finish, what happened, and whether it affects one record or several. Use Contact Operations. Never include passwords, card numbers, or sensitive documents in the message.

Will submitting a contact form sign me up for marketing emails?

Marketing consent on the contact form is optional. Read the privacy notice for how submitted information is handled; the current privacy text is pending legal review.
