Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Last updated October 30, 2026
These Terms describe use of Cardinal IQ, Cardinal Signal, and the IQ Command Center (together, the “Services”) provided by Cardinal Ecosystem LLC, a company registered in Texas (“Cardinal,” “we,” or “us”). They do not replace the separate terms for another Cardinal product.
1. Agreement and authority
These Terms apply when an organization accepts them through an authorized sign-up, order, or written agreement. A person accepting on an organization’s behalf represents that they are authorized to do so. Merely viewing this page does not create an agreement. An organization is responsible for its authorized users and for the instructions they submit. If a signed order or master agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the affected Services.
2. What the Services do
Cardinal IQ supplies shared reasoning, tool selection, and workflow coordination. Cardinal Signal is the conversational interface. The Command Center presents administrative information from the sources and periods identified on its screens. Features, connected applications, and model providers vary by organization and configuration. A displayed connection or AI suggestion does not establish that an application, provider, record, or metric is complete or current.
3. Human review and application authority
AI-generated answers, summaries, proposals, and recommendations can be incomplete or wrong. Your personnel must review them before relying on them for dispatch, safety, financial, legal, employment, or other consequential decisions. Signal may prepare an action, but each connected application retains its own permissions, business checks, required approvals, execution, and authoritative records. A conversational response alone does not approve, send, book, pay, dispatch, or otherwise execute a transaction.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep access credentials confidential, use the Services only within your authorized organization and permissions, and promptly report suspected misuse. Do not attempt to access another tenant’s information, bypass approval or security controls, submit malicious code, overload the Services, or use the Services unlawfully. You are responsible for checking that you have the rights and consents needed to provide data or connect third-party systems.
5. Your data and connected services
Your organization retains its rights in the information it supplies. It permits Cardinal to process that information to provide, protect, support, and improve the Services as allowed by the applicable agreement and privacy or data-processing terms. Authorized tools may obtain information from connected applications; model providers may process prompts or context only under the organization’s configured provider policy and applicable agreements. Do not assume that every provider offers the same retention, training, location, or confidentiality terms. Your organization controls which available connections and providers it authorizes.
6. Fees and limits
Any subscription fee, usage charge, allowance, spending limit, payment term, or refund right must be stated in an accepted order, plan, or other written agreement. These Terms alone do not create a charge or authorize a model or product connection. Administrative usage figures may be estimates until reconciled with the applicable provider or billing record.
7. Changes, availability, and support
We may update features and these Terms. We will give notice of a material Terms change through the Services or the organization’s designated contact and request any acceptance required by the applicable agreement or law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every integration, model, or answer will be available at all times. Support arrangements and any service-level commitments are set out in an applicable order or written agreement.
8. Ownership
Cardinal and its licensors retain their rights in the Services, software, branding, and documentation. Your organization receives only the access rights granted by its applicable agreement. Your organization retains its rights in its data. Neither party receives ownership of the other party’s pre-existing materials under these Terms.
9. Suspension and end of service
We may restrict access when necessary to protect security, comply with law, or address a material violation, with notice when reasonably possible. Term, termination, data return or export, and deletion are governed by the applicable order or written agreement. If no such agreement addresses an issue, contact us to arrange a documented resolution.
10. Warranties, responsibility, and disputes
Express warranties, liability limits, indemnities, and dispute procedures in an applicable signed agreement control. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as available and without a guarantee that AI output is accurate or fit for a particular decision. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Texas law governs these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
